Taste of México is a private, multi-day culinary journey designed for a maximum of eight guests. It takes place across two of México's most extraordinary destinations — San Miguel de Allende and the city of Guanajuato — with excursions into the Bajío highlands that surround them.
Over the course of six days, you will cook in private kitchens, walk markets that feed real cities, sit at tables set on working ranches, taste mezcal in its region of origin, and eat a final dinner facing one of the most beautiful churches in the Americas.
Every meal, every transfer, every tasting is arranged. Nothing requires you to navigate, negotiate, or plan. Your only obligation is to arrive curious.
